Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 cups cold vegan soymilk (I use VitaSoy Creamy)
- 1 frozen banana (if you don''t want to wait for it to freeze, add regular banana, and a handful of ice)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegan maple syrup (I use Grade A Dark)
- Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
Put all ingredients in blender (you''ll need a good one to tackle a frozen banana). Blend until smooth.
