Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large potato (whatever is your favorite)
- 2 tablespoon of a vegan pesto sauce (or your desired amount)
Bake the potato on 425 for about 1 hour or until cooked and soft. Scoop out the insides into a dish or bowl. Add the pesto sauce and mix together. Eat.
I like to use it as a yummy side dish or as a snack after school.
