Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 Hachiya Persimnon, soft and ripe
- 1 banana
Remove stem from persimmon. Place into blender, and blend until smooth-aprox. 10-20 seconds. Peel banana. Place persimmon into bowl. Slice banana over it. Enjoy!
