Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 400 gr. lasagnette (kind of pasta)
- 500 gr. mushrooms
- 30 gr. soy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- black pepper
- salt
Cook pasta. Saute mushrooms in soy margarine, oil, black pepper and salt. Toss with cooked pasta.
