Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large parsnip,shredded
- 1/2 med onion,chopped
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon orange blossom honey
- 1 apple, cored, cubed but not skinned
- 1 tablespoon parsely
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon bazil
- 1/2 cup water
Put all ingredients into blender and puree. Pour into bowls, and serve with salad and rolls. Enjoy! This is a raw food recipe.
