Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
- 6 green onions-tops and bottoms--chopped
- 2/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 pkg. Westbrae Naturals ramen noodles (withhold seasoning) broken into small bits
- 2/3 cup slivered almonds
- Dressing:
- 4 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar (or vegan red wine vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon vegan sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. ramen noodle seasoning
Mix all salad ingredients. Set aside. Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss together. Let marinate in refrigerator for about 4 to 6 hours.
