Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups plain non-dairy yogurt product
- 1/2 can frozen orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Tamari or good quality soy sauce
- pinch of garlic
In large jar, thaw orange juice, add other ingredients, seal tightly and shake well.
This is great as a full dinner salad with spring greens. I add spinach, a can of manderan oranges and cashews. Sometimes I add grilled, thinly sliced tofu marinated in lime juice.
