Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 pieces vegan bread
- 1 onion
- ketchup
Slice and fry the onion. Scoop it onto vegan bread. Squeeze on some ketchup. Cover with other pice of vegan bread. Eat and enjoy.
*In the summer I use fresh tomato slices instead of the ketchup.
