Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups flour (I like to use I cup whole wheat and I cup enriched white)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups soy or rice milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Add milk and oil until "just mixed". I use an electric fry pan, but a frying pan on the stove works fine too, but don''t forget to put a little oil on whatever you use to cook them with. When cooking cover the pan with a lid. Cook until brown on both sides. You can add raisins or whatever you like in them.
