Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- vegan soymilk as needed (i used about 1/4 cup i think...)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown vegan sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- dash salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
- about 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup oats
Blend first 4 ingredients, add the remaining ingredients. Form into balls and drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 25 minutes.
