Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2dl porridge oats
  • 4 1/2dl water
  • apple chunks from 2 apples
  • banana chunks from 2 bananas
  • lingonberry jam or your favorite jam
  • soyabean milk
Directions:

Mix porridge oats, water and  fruits and boil lightly for a couple of minutes. Serve in a bowl and add some soyabean milk and top with lingonberry jam or your favorite jam.
