Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Rice 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- vegan mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
- Urad Daal 1 tsp.
- Chana Daal 1 tsp.
- Cashews handful
- raisins handful
- Turmeric pinch
- mixed vegs. 1 cup
- Lemon 1
[1] Cook rice.
[2] Heat oil and add all other except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate.
[3] Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
