Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 Organic Japanese Daikon Radish
- Organic vegan maple syrup (I use Grade A)
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
2. With a knife, cut radish into thin circles (5mm thick).
3. Put maple syrup in a bowl.
4. Soak radish circles (a few at a time) in maple syrup, and place them in a cookie sheet.
5. Put cookie sheet in the oven for 15 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
Serves: Depends on size of the radish
