Ingredients

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled seeded, cut in chunks
  • 2 apples (I use Royal Gala), unpeeled, in chunks
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • juice of 1/2 of lemon
  • cilantro, to taste
  • salt to taste
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until almost smooth. Chill for about an hours for best taste. Serve with tortilla chips. Will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.

The garlic and onion flavors are pretty strong...but it''s so yummy.
