Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1-1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground nuts
- replacer for 1 egg
- 3/4 cup rich soy or nut milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
Combine all ingredients in order listed, pour into sprayed casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350''. Serve with cashew or almond gravy.
