Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 pack silken tofu
- soymilk (as needed)
Combine peanut butter, tofu and a bit of soymilk & blend! Add soymilk according to desired consistency. (If you use a hand blender- even EASIER- warm ingredients in the microwave for 30 second and stir before blending.) This is hardly even a recipe...but really yummy and great with celery!
