Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 lemon
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoon tamari
- 2 tablespoon tahini
Serves: 5.
Preparation time: 15min.
-chop green pepper and onion finely (or use food processor)
-use all of the inside of the lemon (without seeds) -or use more lemons and just the juice
-mix tamari, tahini, lemon, green pepper, and onion
-use on salads or as a veggie dip
