Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 lg. tomatoes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 Haas avocados
- 1 cup white onion
- 4 Serrano chiles (or , to taste whatever you can handle!)
- Juice of 2 lemons
First, chop all ingredients into small square pieces and place in a medium bowl, mix well. Then, pour in juice of the lemons and add sea salt to taste.
Serves: makes a bunch
