Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- dried soya mince, 30 gr
- olive oil, 1 tablespoon
- onion, chopped, 1/2
- garlic, chopped, 1 clove
- carrot, chopped, 1/2
- tinned tomatoes, 1 tin
- vegetable stock, 75 ml
- fresh bazil (Bart Spices), 1 teaspoon
- fresh Mediterranean herbs (Bart Spices), 1/2 teaspoon
- yeast extract, 1 teaspoon
Place dried soya mince in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave to soak for 1 minute, drain and put aside. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the prepared soya mince, tomatoes, stock, herbs, yeast extract and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Transfer to a warm serving plate and serve with spaghetti.
