Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- half a spanish or purple onion (any sweet onion will do)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3-5 tablespoons pure vegan maple syrup
Cut the tofu into smaller pieces and add all ingredients together minus the syrup. Let the tofu brown a bit and add the syrup.
Eat this lovely concoction by itself, over brown rice, or cold over a green salad.
