Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 large bananas
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 (or less) peanut oil
Peel bananas, slice thickly on an angle, and toss with coconut. Heat oil in a frying pan. Stir fry banana over low heat until heated through and banana begins to brown.
