Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 vegetarian hot dogs
- 1/2 cup canned and rinsed red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup vegetarian baked beans
- 2 tablespoon vegan mustard
- 1/2 cup soy cheddar cheese
Prepare hot dogs as directed. Mix all ingredients except cheese over medium heat. When heated, transfer to a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake till cheese is melted.
This makes a quick and very delicious lunch/dinner.
