Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- silken soft tofu
- Thai curry paste, any flavor
- garlic (optional)
- red pepper flakes and pep
So easy! Mix the tofu until creamy. Add a couple spoonfuls (to taste) of paste. Add extra garlic and pepper flakes as you like. Dip veggies, vegan crackers, etc., or use as pita sandwich spread, as you would hummus.
