Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 5 large kiwi, peeled or not
- 1/4 cup of vegan sugar
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 1 1/2 bananas peeled
- 1 tsb. of lemon/lime juice for zip
- 4 Tbl. coco-nut juice (optional)
- 3 pinches of a lemon skin
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/5 cup of ice cold water
Add all ingredient BUT the ice in a blender. Blend until desired. Pour about half of the ice into a jug and and pour the blended stuff on top. Add the rest of the ice on top and chill for 3 minutes in a freezer. Stir slightly. Serve immediatly.
