Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 7 or more frozen strawberries
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup apple juice or other juice of your choice
- 1/2 to 1 cup vegan soymilk
- 1/2 cup soy yogurt or silken tofu
- 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (maple syrup recommended)
Using an electric blender or processor, blend the above ingredience well.
Then you...Chow!
(Hint: put in fancy glass bowls for effect)
