Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 lb. of brussels sprouts,
- 1/2 lb. peas
- 4 ears of corn, scrape off corn
- 3 scallions
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Steam brussels sprouts, peas & corn. Chop raw vegetables in salad bowl, 3 scallions, 2 heads of romaine lettuce, & 1 avocado. Make a salad dressing of juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp. of Mrs. Dash seasoning, & 1/2 cup of olive oil. Mix.
