Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- whole mushrooms, about half a pound
- Italian style vegan bread crumbs
Wash mushrooms. While they are still damp, dip them in the bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes, garnish with ketchup.
This is a nice, quick low-fat snack.
