Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoon cold pressed canola oil
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 cup dark rye flour
- 2 cups unbleached bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon turbinado vegan sugar [can use less if you wish]
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tofu milk powder
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon active yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoon caraway seeds
Directions
Dump everything in your bread machine, put on whole wheat
setting and turn it on.{ Or follow the instructions of your
own machine,as to the order of adding ingredients }. My
family loves this recipe.
