Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Oil
- 10-20 Brussel Sprouts (Cut in half the long way)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Spike (or other salt substitute or add salt, pepper, and a few other spices)
Serves 4.
Heat oil till its spitting hot. Add Brussel Sprouts, flat side down. Cook for a while stirring occasionally. When Brussel Sprouts begin to soften and blacken (10 minutes or so), add onions. Cook till onions are slightly blackened too.
