Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 banana
- 3-4 ice cubes
- protein powder (optional)
- a splash of vegan soymilk (I use Silk Vanilla Soy Milk)
Mix it all together! *Bananas are a wonderful way to thicken a shake (if you like the flavor); so add more for a thicker consistency.
This is a great sweet-tooth satisfier but also just a yummy way to wake up!
