Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil (or mustard seed oil)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- vege salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- sprinkle turmeric powder (good colour, and good for you too!)
mix all ingredients together in the bottom of the salad bowl, greater quantities if a big salad! add salad ingredients (also great with hot vegetables) and toss when serving
