Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 pkg. vegan Italian Dressing
- 1 bag organic corn chips
- 1/2 cup grated vegan cheddar soy cheese (opt.)
Cut avocados and tomatoes in cubes and place in a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and serve with corn chips.
You can make burritos out of this and add some vegan tofu sour cream.
