Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 whole wheat vegan hamburger buns (any round 2-sided bun)
- 4 teaspoon olive oil
- garlic powder and italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Split buns in half and place on a baking sheet. Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil on each half, and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and press it around the edges of the dish. Bake for 10 minutes covered. Take the foil off and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
I luv eating these with spaghetti and tofu balls!!! delish!
