Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 can kidney beans (depends of the serving, more cans may be needed)
- 1 box rice (depends on the serving)
- non-dairy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine - optional
1.Make the rice the way you are instucted to from the box. Make sure you make enough servings.
2.Heat up the beans.
3.Put the rice on a plate.
4.Put the beans onto the rice.
5.Butter or salt to perfection. - optional
This is a quick recipe. My favorite too.
