Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and peel potatoes, and cut into eighths. Dry with paper towel. Toss with olive oil in roasting pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 50 minutes, turning once.
