Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 celery stalks sliced
- handful pumpkin seeds
- some sesame seeds*
- 3/4 cup peanuts
- 3 leaves fresh basil chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 yam diced
- 1/2 cup vanilla vegan soymilk
- 1 large can tomatoes
- some curry*
- 1 onion diced
- some cayenne pepper*
- some garlic*
*Please vary amounts to taste!
Combine all ingredients. Bake @350 for about an hour or until yams are soft in a covered baking dish
