Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- potatoes
- paprika (as desired)
- salt (as desired)
Slice potatoes as thinly as possible, avoiding any knife contact with your hands. Lay in a single layer on baking pan/sheet. Sprinkle with paprika and salt as desired. Bake in a 350 oven for about 50 minutes, more or less depending on the crunchiness level you wish your potatoes to reach.
