- 1/2 cup sweetened vegan soymilk
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Slice apple into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with spices. Bake for (sorry, I can''t remember) whatever, until just golden at a moderate oven. Meanwhile, heat soy milk in microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Once apples are done, lift off of pan and place in warm "milk". Serve after an unenjoyable meal to get rid of the bad aftertaste.
