Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/4 cup carob chips
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon vegan brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced nuts (pecans, almonds good)
- some coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- vegan maple syrup
Microwave carob chips and peanut butter together for a couple of seconds in a small casserole dish. Mix in oats coating them. Add rest of ingredients. Drizzle with maple syrup. Refridgerate until mixture becomes firm.
Not exactly low fat but definately addictive!
