Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 250g firm tofu, mashed
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, grinded
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Mix all ingreduents. Form into 4 burgers and fry in olive oil.
