Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large can Vegeburger (from LaLoma-Worthington Products) available at your health food
- store
- 1 large onion, minced
- Ener-G Egg Replacer for 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vegex or 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
- vegan bread crumbs to thicken
Combine all ingredients. Form into patties and fry, or bake 20 minutes at 350''.
