Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 slices of wheat or white vegan bread
- peanut butter
- dill pickle
Spread the peanut butter on one side of one slice of vegan bread. Slice the pickle the short way in thin slices.(1/8 to 1/4 inch is best) Place pickle slices on the peanut butter so that some of the peanut butter is still showing. You will probablly have left over pickles. Place other piece of bread on top of pickles and cut in half with a knife. Enjoy!
