Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- bow tie pasta (or any shape you like)
- shallots (green onions)
- green peppers
- Italian dressing
- salt and pepper
- garlic
Boil the pasta until tender. Cut up the shallots, green peppers, and garlic. Add to a big bowl, along with the drained pasta.
Drizzle on the Italian dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
Chill and serve
