Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- firm tofu
- brewers yeast and salt to taste...
1. Slice tofu into small pieces.
2. Make a mixture of salt and brewers yeast; roll the tofu in the mixture so all the pieces are covered.
3. Oil a frying pan and add the tofu.
4. Fry until they''re a little brown.
