Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 small pkg vegan noodles of choice (I use organic wheat penne)
- 1 pkg vegan cream cheese
- 1 jar organic salsa of choice (I use Newman''s mild)
- opt small pat vegan margarine
- opt vegan parmesan
Cook noodles per pkg directions, drain and add pat vegan margarine, if using. Mix in vegan cream cheese until creamy (it may help to cube it up first), add salsa and mix. Voila.
