Ingredients
- one package of vegan substitute chicken strips
- one medium sized tomato
- one bell pepper (any color)
- PAM spray
1) Slice the tomato into several pieces. Make sure they are not too large. Wash the seeds and juice out. Drain excess water in a strainer.
2) Slice the pepper into several pieces.
3) Spray a pan with PAM and turn the stove on, letting it get hot.
4) Meanwhile, cut the package of vegan substitute chicken in half.
5) Put the substitute chicken directly on the pan. Because the pan was heated, the "chicken" will cook immediately.
6) Use a spatula to shuffle the "chicken" in the pan for 1-2 minutes, or until it is a little browned.
7) Just before the "chicken" is almost fully cooked, throw the tomato and pepper on the pan. Shuffle the ingredients together for 30-60 second.
8) Turn the stove off and serve.
