Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- sliced olives
- yellow zuchinni squash (small, cut in half, then in diagonals)
- roma tomato (chopped)
- broccoli flowerette (seperated into small flowers)
- one jumbo veggie hot dog (chekc ingredients, cut on a diagonal)
- cooked deboles rice penne pasta
- fresh garlic
- vegan cooking wine
- sea salt
- vege topping (soy parmesan substitute)
Saute vegetables, hot dog slices and garlic in a small amount of oil until tender crisp. Add vegan cooking wine and cook down. Mix in cooked penne pasta. Add parmesan substitute, salt and enjoy. This is such a beautiful dish.
