Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vegan red wine
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon each bazil, oregano, parsley (dried)
- salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper until they soften a little. Throw everything else in the pot and bring to simmering. Lower heat a little after a minute or two and let cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
