Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 cup vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 tablespoon powdered fruit pectin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh bazil
- 1 teaspoon vegan brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic -- minced
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until pectin is dissolved. Serve with tossed salad greens or vegetable salad.
Makes 2/3 cup, per 2 tbsp serv: 10 cal, 0g fat, 0 mg chol, 90 mg sod
