Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1x440g can of condensed vegetable soup 1 cup of water
- 1x440g can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 tblsp bazil pesto (fresh or in a jar)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried bazil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 tblsp tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs.
Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer,covered for 6 mins.or until cooked.Serve on any type of pasta.
Yield: 4 servings.
